Email:
Email older than 5 years will be deleted unless it is still relevant to the execution of an agreement or resolution of a dispute.
Invoices and quotes:
Invoices and quotes will be deleted after the statutory retention period of 7 years. Your data will remain in our billing system until then.
Newsletter:
You can remove yourself from our newsletter system at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to view, correct and delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent for the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Manuka New Zealand B.V.. You also have the right to data portability.
You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@manukanewzealand.eu.
To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, Manuka New Zealand B.V. asks you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. If your request relates to a cookie, I ask you to send this as well.
We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than within four weeks. Manuka New Zealand B.V. would also like to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Camera images
To protect us and our products, we use camera surveillance in and around the warehouse. These camera images will be retained for 30 days and will be deleted after this period, unless the images are necessary for a criminal investigation.
Reporting a data breach
If, despite all precautions, a data breach occurs, Manuka New Zealand B.V. will comply with the data breach reporting obligation and will report this breach to the Dutch Data Protection Authority within 72 hours of discovering it.
If you discover a data breach, Manuka New Zealand B.V. kindly requests that you share this with Manuka New Zealand B.V. as soon as possible, but in any case within 24 hours of discovering the breach, by sending an e-mail to info@manukanewzealand.eu. We can then take immediate action.
Liability
This privacy statement only applies to the personal data that Manuka New Zealand B.V. processes for the purposes discussed in this agreement. Manuka New Zealand B.V. accepts no responsibility or liability for (the operation and/or content of) third-party websites or services.
